The highly interactive event allowed students to learn firsthand about the mentors’ career journeys, the day-to-day work within their organizations, and the skills and experiences that have shaped their professional paths. Students had the opportunity to ask questions, discuss their own academic and career interests, and gain practical advice on navigating internships, recruiting, and long-term career development.
In addition, mentors provided personalized feedback on students’ resumes, LinkedIn profiles, and other professional materials, offering suggestions to help them better position themselves for future opportunities.
