ALFA’s main goal is to bring together a select group of senior AAPI leaders in financial services to advocate, advance and reinforce AAPI leadership across areas of business and finance. ALFA strives to serve as an impactful leader through advocacy, partnership and collaboration to elevate its members and allies, and strengthen the AAPI community.

Program

ALFA Fellowship Program

Every year, ALFA selects a cohort of high-achieving college sophomores to become ALFA Fellows through a highly competitive screening process. The Fellowship Program is designed to provide early exposure to the financial services industry by offering structured guidance, professional development, and personalized support. Fellows receive mentorship, career preparation resources, and industry insights aimed at strengthening their technical skills, resumes, and interview readiness.


Through workshops, networking opportunities, and ongoing advising, the program works closely with Fellows to significantly increase their chances of securing prestigious summer internships and entry-level opportunities at leading financial services firms.
